1. Information about Telic

These provisions regulate the use of the Internet Website Service (hereinafter the “Website”) offered by TELIC SAU (hereinafter TELIC) to Internet users. Any contracts and transactions carried out through the Website will be deemed to have been executed in Spain and formalised in Spanish, being governed by Spanish law. 2. Legal terms and condition for the use of the Website and their acceptance

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions”) regulate the use of TELIC's website (hereinafter the “Website”), provided free of charge by TELIC to Internet Users. Use of the Website confers user status (hereinafter the “User”) and implies the User's express, full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions in the version published by TELIC at the very time the User accesses the Website. Thus, the User must carefully read the General Terms and Conditions each time they use the Website. The use of certain services offered to users on the Website is subject to specific terms and conditions that, on a case-by-case basis, substitute, complement and/or modify the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Specific Terms and Conditions”). Prior to using these services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Terms and Conditions. Likewise, use of the service is subject to all the notices, regulations for use and instructions made known to the User by TELIC, which complement these General Terms and Conditions provided that they are not contrary to them.

3. Website purpose

Through the Website, TELIC gives users access to and use of different services and content, made available to users by TELIC or by third-party service and content providers (hereinafter the “Services”). TELIC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to unilaterally change the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the Services and conditions required to use the Website and the Services.

4. Website access and use policy

4.1 Free nature of website access and use

TELIC provides the Website service to users free of charge and does not require the prior subscription or registration of the User. Notwithstanding the above, some Services may only be used through subscription or registration of the User, in the manner expressly indicated in the corresponding Specific Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Obligation to make a correct use of the Website and its Services

The User undertakes to use the Website and its Services in accordance with the law, with these General Terms and Conditions and with generally accepted moral standards and good practice and public order. The User undertakes to refrain from using the Website and its Services for purposes or effects that are illegal or contrary to these General Terms and Conditions, that are detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties or that may, in any way, damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Website and its Services or impede the User's normal use or enjoyment of the Website and its Services.

4.3. Means of obtaining content

The User must refrain from obtaining and even trying to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any type of material that can be accessed through the Website or its Services (hereinafter the “Content”) employing, to that end, means or procedures other than those, on a case-by-case basis, made available for this purpose or indicated for this purpose on the Website on which the Content is found or, in general, those used frequently on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not pose a risk of damage or disablement of the Website, the Services and/or the Content.

4.4. Correct use of the Content

The User undertakes to make a diligent, correct and lawful use of the Content and, particularly, undertakes to refrain from:

a) Using the Content in a manner or for purposes that are contrary to the law, to generally accepted moral standards and good practice or to public order;

b) Reproducing or copying, distributing, granting public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the Content, unless they have the authorisation of the holder of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted to do so;

c) Deleting, alluding or altering the “copyright” and other identification details of TELIC's rights or those of its holders incorporated into the Content, as well as technical protection devices, digital fingerprints or any information mechanisms that may contain the Content;

c) Using the Content and, in particular, information of any kind obtained through the Website or its Services to send advertising, communications for direct sale purposes or any other type of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages aimed at a group of people, regardless of their purpose, as well as refraining from marketing or disclosing this information in any way.

4.5. Introduction of hyperlinks that link to the Website's pages and to the Services

Users and, in general, all those who propose establishing a hyperlink between their website and the Website (hereinafter the “Hyperlink”), must comply with the following conditions:

a) The Hyperlink will only give access to the Website's pages, but it must not reproduce them in any manner;

b) Hyperlinks must not be established with any of the pages of the Website other than the home page or the first page of the Website or of the Services;

c) A browser or border environment must not be created on the Website's pages;

d) False, inaccurate or incorrect statements or suggestions must not be made about the pages of the Website and its Services and, in particular, it must not be declared or implied that TELIC has authorised the Hyperlink or that it has in any way supervised or endorsed the content or services offered or made available on the website with which the Hyperlink has been established;

e) With the exception of signs that are part of the Hyperlink itself, the website with which the Hyperlink has been established must not contain any brand, trading name, business sign, designation, logo, slogan or other distinguishing signs belonging to TELIC;

f) The website with which the Hyperlink has been established must not contain information or content that is illegal, contrary to generally accepted moral standards and good practice and public order, nor must it contain content that is in breach of any third-party rights. Under no circumstances does the establishment of the Hyperlink imply the existence of a relationship between TELIC and the owner of the website with which it has been established, or TELIC's acceptance and approval of the contents or services.

4.6. Liability for damages

The User will be held liable for damages of any kind suffered by TELIC, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the failure to comply with any of the obligations deriving from these General Terms and Conditions or by law in relation to the use of the Website.

5. Personal data protection policy

This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of the personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal www.telic.group (hereinafter the “Portal”) provided by TELIC S.L.U. (hereinafter “TELIC”) to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice, accessible at all times from the Portal. The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, being liable for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that may occur as a result of the failure to comply with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that said third party has been notified of the aspects contained in this document, obtaining their authorisation to provide their data to TELIC for the specified purposes. The Portal may offer features enabling the sharing of content through third-party applications, such as Facebook or Instagram. These applications may collect and process information related to the User's browsing habits on the different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by third-party users thereof, and these interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing the applications. The Portal may contain blogs, forums and other applications or social media services in order to enable the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the User may be shared with other users of this service, over which TELIC has no control whatsoever. In order to provide information or services of interest according to the User's location, TELIC may access details related to the geolocation of the User's device, in those cases in which the User's settings in this respect allow it to do so. For the purposes of the technical and diagnostic security of its systems, TELIC may, in an anonymous or aggregate manner, record the IP address (identification number of the device's Internet access, allowing the devices, systems and servers to recognise and communicate with each other). This information may also be used for web performance analysis purposes.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

- TELIC will process the information provided by the User in order to attend to their requests related to the management of the service requested and the sending of electronic communications of an informative nature according to their interests, statistics and product satisfaction.

- TELIC may create a commercial profile based on the information provided in order to offer them products and services that are in line with their interests. Automated decisions will not be taken based on this profile.

For how long will we retain your data?

In general, the personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to attend to the User's request and provided that their withdrawal is not requested by the User.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

- The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent granted by the User.

- For existing customers, we will process the data in order to fulfil the contract signed by the User.

To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

- TELIC, www.telic.group, may also process the personal data through the use of service providers/data controllers following TELIC's instructions (for example, IT service providers, call centres or printing services), with the purpose of identifying and improving the services, the products and customer satisfaction and, in particular, to perform satisfaction surveys in relation to the customer's satisfaction with TELIC.

What are your rights when you provide your data to us?

- Right of access: You will have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data are being processed or not.

- Right of rectification: You will have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.

Data subjects have the right to file a complaint before the Control Authority and request the protection of rights that have not been duly safeguarded before the Spanish Data Protection Agency through the electronic office on its website (www.agpd.es), or by sending a written document to its postal address (C/Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid).

The information contained both in the emails sent and in adjoined documents is confidential and privileged for the exclusive use of the person/s to whom it is addressed. Access to these messages by any other person other than those indicated is not permitted. If you are not the recipient, any duplication, reproduction, distribution and any other use of the information contained or any other action or omission taken in relation thereto is prohibited and may be illegal.

The information, text or graphics contained on this Website are for personal use only, and they must not be reproduced, adapted or published, in whole or in part, for any reason, without TELIC's permission. TELIC's brand and logo are registered trademarks of TELIC. TELIC's brand and logo must not be used, downloaded, copied or distributed in any way. These commercial brands and other names, logos and service brands belonging to TELIC must not be modified, and they must not be used, downloaded, copied or distributed in any way, unless they are an integral part of an authorised download, copy or transmission of the materials of this Website. An intellectual property licence is not granted by this Website. No other use, copy or transmission, in whole or in part, may be made of any material without the prior and express written consent of TELIC. Users who send observations, opinions or comments by email or by any other means to the Website, in the cases in which this is possible due to the nature of the Services, automatically authorise TELIC to reproduce, distribute, publicly disclose, transform and exercise any other right of use in relation to such observations, opinions or comments, for the period of copyright protection established by law and without territorial limitation. Likewise, this authorisation will be deemed to have been given for free.

7. Products and services

These screens provide a general presentation of the range of products and services offered by TELIC. TELIC reserves the right to modify the information appearing on this Website, in relation to the technical characteristics and features of the models presented, at any time and without giving advance notice, taking into account the interactivity of the Website. In this case, TELIC, the members of its network and its employees will not be held liable.

8. Use of cookie technology

A “cookie” is a small text file that contains a string of alphanumeric characters. This Website uses two types of cookies: a persistent cookie and a session cookie. Your web browser will place the persistent cookie in the folder allocated for this purpose on your device and it will stay there after the browser has been closed. These cookies may be used again when you return to the Website. A session cookie is temporary and will disappear as soon as the browser is closed. TELIC uses cookie technology when a User browses through the Website's pages. Our cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their device and they do not provide references to identify the name and surname of the User. The Website makes technical linking tools available to Users (such as, among others, links, banners and buttons) and directories and search tools that allow users to access websites belonging to and/or managed by third parties (hereinafter “Linked Sites”). The sole purpose of these links, directories and search tools on the Website is to allow users to search for and access information available on the Internet. TELIC does not sell the products and services available on the Linked Sites either on its own behalf or on that of third parties. Nor does TELIC previously control, approve, supervise or endorse the products and services, content, information, data, files, products and any other material appearing on the Linked Sites. The User, therefore, must exercise caution in the assessment and use of the services, information, data, files, products and any other type of material available on the Linked Sites. TELIC does not guarantee nor will it be held liable for damages of any kind as a result of:

10.1.5. Exclusion of guarantees and liability in relation to the use of the Website, of the Services and of the Content by the User

TELIC has no obligation to control and does not control the use made by the User of the Website, of the Services and of the Content. Specifically, TELIC does not guarantee that users will use the Website, the Services and the Content in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, in accordance with the Specific Terms and Conditions, nor that they will do so diligently and prudently. Furthermore, TELIC has no obligation to verify and does not verify the identity of users, nor the truthfulness, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the data that users provide about themselves to other users. TELIC will not be held liable for damages of any kind that may result from the use of the Services and of the Content by users or that may result from the lack of truthfulness, validity, completeness and/or authenticity of the information provided about themselves to other users and, in particular, although not exclusively, for any damages that may result from the impersonation of a third party by a user in any type of communication carried out through the Website or from the use of the Website, Services or Content made by users.

11. No license

TELIC does not grant any kind of licence or authorisation for the use of the industrial and intellectual property rights or any other kind of property or right related to the Website, its Services or the Content.

12. Refusal and withdrawal of access to the website and/or to the services

TELIC reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website and/or its Services, at any time and without giving advance notice, to any users who fail to comply with these General Terms and Conditions or the applicable Specific Terms and Conditions.

13. Procedure in the event of the violation of the intellectual property rights

In the event that any User or a third party considers that any of the Contents have been included on the Website in violation of their intellectual property rights, they must send a notification to TELIC containing the following points: personal details: name, address, telephone number and email address of the claimant; authentic signature or similar, with the personal details of the holder of the intellectual property rights claimed to have been violated or of the person authorised to act on behalf and in the name of the holder of the intellectual property rights claimed to have been violated; full and precise indication of the Content protected by the intellectual property rights claimed to have been violated, as well as their location on the Website; an express and clear statement that the use of the Content indicated has been carried out without the consent of the holder of the intellectual property rights claimed to have been violated; an express and clear statement under the responsibility of the claimant that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that the use of the Content constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights. These notifications must be sent to the registered address of TELIC SAU.

14. Duration and termination

The provision of the Website service and all other Services has, in principle, an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the above, TELIC is authorised to terminate or suspend the provision of the Website service and/or any of the Services at any time, without prejudice to what may have been stipulated in this respect in the corresponding Specific Terms and Conditions. When reasonably possible, TELIC will notify users beforehand of the termination or suspension of the provision of the Website service and all other Services.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. TELIC and the User, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction, will submit to the Courts of Granollers (Barcelona) in the event of any dispute.
